Skyline Hub LLC (“SkylineHub,” “we,” “us”) provides student transportation services in Illinois. This policy explains what information we collect through our website (skylinehub.us) and our Instagram and Facebook messaging accounts (including @skyline.hub.llc), how we use it, and your choices.

Information we receive

• Messages you send us: when you message our Instagram or Facebook accounts, Meta shares your public profile name, username and message content with us so we can read and respond.
• Application information: if you apply to drive, we receive what you submit in the application.
• Contact information: if you email or contact us, we receive your email address and message.
• Website chat: if you use the chat assistant on our website, we receive the messages you type and, if you ask for a callback, the name, phone number or email and topic you provide. The assistant is an automated AI tool; your messages are processed by our AI service provider to generate replies, and callback requests are emailed to our team. Please do not share sensitive information such as Social Security or driver's license numbers in the chat.

Driver applicant information

Our online driver application asks for your name, phone number, email, city and any notes you choose to share. If you move forward in our hiring process, we also collect information required to screen drivers for student transportation, which may include your Social Security number, driver's license and driving (DMV) records, and background check documents and results.

We use this information only to confirm your eligibility and to complete the background, licensing and other checks required for student transportation. We share it only with background screening providers and government or licensing agencies, and only as needed for those checks. We protect it with reasonable administrative, technical and physical security safeguards, and we keep it only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

How we use information

• To respond to questions about driving opportunities and student transportation.
• To follow up on driver applications and onboarding.
• To operate, maintain and improve our communication services.

We use automated tools to help receive and reply to social media messages and website chat. Automated replies are limited to common questions about our services and driver opportunities.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help run our website, messaging and application systems, only as needed, and when required by law.

Retention

We keep message and application records only as long as needed to respond to inquiries and manage our services. Temporary processing copies of message events are deleted within a few days.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time at info@skylinehub.us. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time.

Children

Our driver recruitment is directed to adults. Families arranging student transportation communicate with our team directly.

Changes
